Keith has significant experience in employment matters and advising numerous employer clients daily on issues centered on employment law. Keith also represents both employers and employees in litigation matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other employment-related claims and has tried many employment cases to a verdict in state and federal court as well as in arbitration proceedings. Keith has served as Co-Chair of the University of Kentucky’s Biennial Employment Law Institute for 10 years. In his practice, Keith represents personal injury victims and their families and business clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal court and has obtained numerous notable trial verdicts.
Keith holds an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale Hubbell and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2009 for a number of practice areas, including Labor and Employment Law, Employment Law-Individuals, Management and Labor Law-Management, and has also been named by Best Lawyers in America® as Lawyer of the Year in the area of Employment Law-Management, Lexington.

Keith is married to Dana Ransdell and has two children, Ellie and Will. He and his family attend Porter Memorial Baptist Church, where he is active as a deacon and volunteer. Keith serves as a director on the board of a non-profit for Lexington's homeless population.
